  Dustin and his team are the most professional, kind and honest people in the flooring business of this region! I recently purchased a condo in downtown Oswego and need to redo the flooring. I was introduced to Oswego Quality Carpet by my colleagues who have been living here for decades. They all told me that this local business is the best and it turned out that my experience with them is 100% satisfaction! 1. They have a complete collection of flooring products with very competitive prices! The wool carpet is absolutely green and odorless, and Dustin even was able to customized and ordered wool pads online to go with my wool carpet. Very professional! As long as I specified my preferences, they always gave me the best suggestions since they know the market so well! 2. The work was done fast and well. I am absolutely enjoying my carpet! Also, since they are local business for decades so they really know the buildings around here. I spent no time to make the arrangements and they got the job done very fast! 3. The best thing I like about this business is that Dustin and his team are kind and honest people who are always willing to help! They helped me move my washer and dryer, install my toilets, take off all the blinds that I don't want. I didn't hire any other business and my condo was ready to move in after their work! Hiring them definitely saved me a lot of money. Dustin even gave me some area rugs for free that he ordered for himself! Really kind! Their professional work and kindness made my life much easier as they took care of so many things for me. I am so grateful for all their help! June 2017
