  I went in close to closing time and they stayed open late for me to upgrade my phone. The staff was super accommodating and knowledgeable. They were able to work with my plan to find me the best deal and recommended a different phone for that offer going on for the holidays. The price was amazing, so was the bundle of goodies included with the special offer and I love my new phone, but the customer service and staying open late for me was what really stood out. I'd come back here.
